Westland Distillery was founded by Matt Hoffmann and Emerson Lamb in 2010 located in Seattle Washington in the SODO district. Emerson Lamb has Gray Harbor roots growing up in Hoquiam and his family has been in the pulp and paper business for five generations. Westland has a rack-house for storing the barrels in Hoquiam.
