Privacy policy

Last updated October 2026

This privacy policy explains how Martin Bruni Liquor (“we”, “us”) handles information when you visit this website or contact our store.

Information we collect

This website does not require an account and does not collect payment information. When you call, email or visit us to place an order, we collect only the details needed to fulfil it — such as your name, phone number, delivery or shipping address and, for shipped orders, payment details handled by our card processor.

How we use information

We use your information to process and deliver orders, verify legal drinking age, respond to your questions and, if you ask us to, let you know about new products and events. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers needed to complete your order (for example the shipping carrier and our card processor), or when required by law, court order or legal process.

Cookies and local storage

This site stores a small preference in your browser to remember that you confirmed you are 21 or older, so you are not asked again. Embedded Google Maps on our contact pages may set their own cookies under Google’s privacy policy. If you block cookies or storage, the site still works but may ask your age on each visit.

Links to other sites

This website contains links to sites we do not own or control, such as social networks and maps. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. While we use commercially reasonable means to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

Children

This website is intended only for adults of legal drinking age (21+) and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; changes will be posted on this page.
