Shipping policy
We ship beer, wine and spirits by Federal Express to anywhere it is legal.
Age requirement
The purchase of alcohol by persons under the age of 21 is prohibited by law. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase beer, wine or spirits. By placing an order with us, you represent that you are at least 21 years of age and that the person to whom it is being shipped is at least 21 years of age. We reserve the right to ask for proof of identity before processing an order.
Title to the beer, wine or spirits you order passes to you as soon as it leaves our doors; it is up to you to know the relevant laws in your state.
An adult signature with proof of age verification is required at time of delivery. Someone over the age of 21 must be available to sign for the package. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the package will not be left. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
Carrier and delivery times
We ship Ground, Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air via Federal Express. If you would prefer UPS, please let us know when you order.
- Ground Service – approximately 1–6 business days in transit
- 2nd Day Air – 2 business days in transit
- Next Day Air – 1 business day in transit
All orders are confirmed and processed within 1 business day. We will contact you by the end of the next business day if there are any problems with your order, and you will be promptly notified of any unexpected delays. During bad weather we recommend 2nd Day or Next Day shipping to avoid spoilage. Orders ship Monday through Friday; our pickup time is 11am PST.
Restricted states
Some states have laws on the shipment of alcohol that prohibit us from shipping to addresses in those states. Call us at 360-289-3178 to confirm which products we can ship to your state.
Billing information
Orders are not final until confirmed. Your card is charged after the product has been packed and the order is deemed complete. All credit cards are verified, and the billing address must match the card being used; if it does not, we will contact you and the order will not be processed until we hear from you.
Shipping and handling costs
Prices of our beer, wine and spirits do not include shipping and handling charges, which vary depending on destination, number of bottles ordered and choice of delivery option. Call us for a shipping quote to your ZIP code.
Legal disclaimer
The buyer assumes title of the products once purchased. By arranging for transportation of beer, wine and spirits, we are providing a service to and acting on behalf of the purchaser. We make no representation as to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import alcohol into any state. The buyer is solely responsible for determining the legality and the tax/duty consequences of having the products shipped to him or her.
Return policy
If there is a problem with an item, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. If you need to return merchandise, re-pack the item in its original shipping packaging to ensure a safe return. All returns or cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking / cancellation fee. Expect a refund within two weeks of shipping your return. We reserve the right to refuse to cancel an order or to accept a return.
