Dry Fly Gin

A new addition to the Martin Bruni Liquor Collection is Dry Fly Gin. We carry the entire Dry Fly collection made in Spokane Washington, while the Whiskey and Vodka are the most popular one of our staff member has taken the liking of their Gin as her new personal favorite.

The Dry Fly Website describes the Gin:

"We start with the same Eastern Washington-grown soft winter wheat that we use for our vodka. Then, using a recipe that's equal parts timeless tradition and rogue innovation, we add juniper, dried Washington apples, mint and hops. The result is a smooth, flavorful spirit as pure and clear as...well gin."

Our staff member loves Martini’s although very dry as of no Vermouth so it’s drinking Gin straight up. She does not like the Gins with a strong Juniper taste. Her preference is for a Gin not to be over powering and Dry Fly is not more to the Vodka side. It is 40% Alcohol by volume so less than the average Gin. The Gin is smooth and taste great straight. The bottle comes with a cork top so it makes a distinct pop when opened. Our staff member highly recommends it.
