Martin Miller is the author of Miller’s Antique Price Guide, and the story goes that he could not find a gin that satisfied his taste. So he sets out to create a taste of his own. For Miller, finding the perfect gin became a fixation, “born of love, obsession and some degree of madness,” and so Martin Miller Gin was created.
Martin Miller Gin is crafted in small single batches inside and copper pot still designed by John Dore & Company in 1903, which is called “Grandma”. After distillation it travels 3,000 miles to Iceland for finishing blending with the purest water on Earth after being filtered through the island lava.
Martin Miller’s London Dry Gin is my absolute favorite. There is no comparison when it comes to the sophistication of this high end Spirit. Martin Miller Gin mixes incredibly well with any cocktail based on Gin. What I enjoyed best is the citrus zest and the botanicals.
As Martin Miller website says he is the “a bon viveur and connoisseur of the finer things in life.” From looking at the bottle and picking it up and then tasting you feel this is one gin that is one of the finer drinks you will have.
